Delete Your Account & Data

This page explains how to delete your Flow account and the data associated with it. Flow is provided by Ridgeline Labs.

Delete from inside the app

1. Open Flow and go to Settings (you'll need to be signed in to your account).
2. Scroll to the Danger Zone section and, next to "Delete Account & Data", tap Delete.
3. Confirm. If you share a family group, you can choose whether to keep or withdraw the entries you contributed. Your account and your stored data are then permanently removed.

Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email us at ridgelinesoftwares@gmail.com from the address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify and process your request, typically within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account information (name, email) and the financial data you created — transactions, goals, loans, assets, budgets, subscriptions and recurring items — are deleted from our active systems. A short-lived archival copy may be retained briefly for fraud-prevention and legal compliance, and is then permanently deleted. Uninstalling the app also removes all locally stored data from your device.
