Flow is a personal and family finance tracker provided by Ridgeline Labs ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app handles, why, and the choices you have. We built Flow to help you track your own money — not to profit from your data. We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it with advertisers, and Flow contains no ads or third-party analytics.
You can use Flow as a guest with no account, in which case your data stays on your device.
Solely to provide the app: to save and display your entries, calculate your balances, budgets and net worth, sync your data across your devices when you sign in, and send any reminders you set up (generated on your device). We do not use your financial data for advertising and we do not sell it to anyone.
Flow lets you create or join a family group using a private invite code. If you join a group, the financial data in that group is visible to, and editable by, the members of that group. Only people who have your group's invite code can join, and you can leave a group or remove members at any time in the app.
Your data is stored on your device and, if you sign in, on our secure backend (provided by Supabase) so it can sync across your devices. Access is restricted so that only you and the members of your family group can read your records. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
We rely on Supabase (database and backend hosting) and Google Sign-In (to authenticate you). These providers process data only to deliver these functions on our behalf; they are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
You can edit or delete individual entries inside the app at any time. To delete your entire account and all associated data, follow the steps on our account deletion page, or email us at ridgelinesoftwares@gmail.com and we will action your request.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your associated data is removed from our active systems; a short-lived archival copy may be retained briefly for fraud-prevention and legal compliance and is then permanently deleted. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data from your device.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, restricted database access, an on-device app lock option, and encryption of your sign-in token on your device. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Flow is not directed to children and is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
